The Story
The idea behind “Heptarch” was seeded in early 2004 by a group of enterprising civil engineering students of TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. The “Idea of Heptarch” remained in hibernation for a long time, while the founding Directors of Heptarch have been working across continents in a multitude of construction and engineering projects gaining a wealth of industry expertise.
With a gamut of expertise, ranging from pre-cast tech to sustainable housing, this bunch of TKM Alumni decided to formally incorporate a company that can offer immense value and build upon the opportunities in Kerala.

The Directors
Jikku Hassan Muhammed
An Architectural Consultant with more than 15 years of Industry experience. Jikku is an Industry veteran, successfully delivering more than a 100 projects across south Kerala. He currently helms Right Angle AEC, which is a leading design and construction contracting firm based out of Kollam. At Heptarch, Jikku’s immense expertise in traditional construction, consulting expertise and networking skills will drive our customer centric delivery approach and relationship management.
Karthik Nair
A project management professional with 13 years of industry expertise in development projects across Middle East and India. Karthik has gained rich insights through his roles in large projects like airports, malls and residential properties. A Heptarch, Karthik brings in his skills as a Project management expert and will drive our sustainability and delivery strategy.
Vaheed Abdul Vahaab Musaliar
A commercials head with 13 years expertise in handling mega projects across Middle East and India. Vaheed has worked on the cutting edge and innovative space in construction Industry including pre-cast, 3D and 3D construction management. At Heptarch, Vaheed’s expertise as sharp commercial director will drive our Innovation and Value + strategies.
